My Cuisine Featured on the Cooking Channel

I was fortunate enough to have my dishes featured in a segment on the Cooking Channel that highlights gastropub cuisine and beer when I was Chef at The Monk’s Kettle. The show was filmed last fall and unfortunately I was not able to be interviewed as I was out of town but the crew did an absolutely fabulous job showcasing some of the dishes that I loved creating and cooking. I was so sad to find that you were no longer working at Monk’s Kettle and that your amazing pork chop dish was gone. You made something truly special there that had me singing your praises to anyone who would listen. Keep it up!
